If I didn't have to go to work in the morning, I would head back myself to fish with you guys. I want to check out a couple spots down on the lower end of the lake where I caught the 34lber today. It sure was a beautiful day out there today, 60 degrees and little to no wind! I think the back of my neck even got a little sunburn. All of the bites I got today (except for the 34lb) were very lite. I would see the line tighten up a little with a click or two from the clickers was all they would do. I would hold the rod in hand and when I felt them pull somewhat hard is when I set the hook. I did miss several fish due to the lite bite.

Okay..we leaving here around 3.00 AM stopping for breakfast in albemarle. Then on to gas store and then to the lake..you start when you get there..we do the same..we got to get bait so dont want to hold you up....meet you back at swift island 3.00 PM..sound fair enough?

We might have a good weigh in with a little luck. Conditions seem pretty good. rain coming preasure should drop..already got good current..I like it.

Cool this is going to be a real mans tourney..catch bait first...LOL. I just hope my boat will run...if not I put your 10 bucks under the seat...LOL. Sounds like a fun day coming up.
