I don't have any myself. Once, years ago, I was on a scavenger hunt in my old Scout Troop. One of the items listed was an arrowhead. We went out on our hike that morning, to complete the scavenger hunt. None of us found an arrowhead.

Later that afternoon, we were in camp, and I was relaxing in my hammock. One of the other guys was standing next to my hammock talking to me, when suddenly, he blurts out, "Hey! Look at that!"

He bent down, and directly under my rear, laying in plain sight, was a broken arrowhead. Go figure.

Very good,Lake Wateree is a good area to ind them too.
The island on Wateree Creek used to be a Indian village from the history I hear of it.Alot of nice stuff has been found there.I am not one of the lucky ones,If I am looking I would never find one.
Some good pics of stuff found from that area on you tube.
Good Luck

I had another case like the one above but havnt seen it...since first divorce
I hunted the Ocmulgee river area in Georgia, mostly while out deer or hog hunting.

guess I hunt them all the time because I've picked up alot or rocks in my backyard to take a closer look
