Ingredients:
1 cup flour 1/2 cup water 1 can sardines packed in oil 1 tablespoon cooking oil 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 1/4 cup of salt 4 tablespoons flaked tropical fish food Preparation: Thoroughly mix all ingredients and cook over low heat until it becomes difficult to stir. The dough should bind on the spoon to form a single mass. Remove and flatten on wax paper to cool. Store in an airtight container. Use with treble hooks. For long-term storage, place in refrigerator.
