Default lake Murray 11/05/09

Cutbait101 and I hit the big Murray today, joined by his son, the Hartwell bass assassin, Big Daddy! We found the fishing tougher than Saturday, as the fish were scattered and the bites were far and in-between. We had a great time with lots of fun and laughs. We drifted bluebacks and ended with 15 fish spanked. 12 nice cats, most in the 10 to 11 lb range and 3 stripers. The big fish eluded us today, but that’s OK. Well be back!
It was a pleasure, as always, to talk with SteveB and Gotta go when they came by for a chat. Good ole boys!

Sounds like a fun day anyway. There have been many days on the water I would love to have 15 fish around 10lbs. Great job Doug.

I wish I would not have had to start back to work this week.I would have joined in with yall guys on Murray. Here I have been out of work for 12 weeks with this shoulder surgery and looking for a good reason to get out of the house once I got healed up pretty good.I think Murray would have been some good PT for my shoulder.Hopefully I can get down there soon and get in on some of that action.
