Default Falls dam reports

Posted by tomahawk june 20,2008
Went to falls this morning and caught 3 flats and 3 blues. They weren't running any water. The biggest flat was at 30lbs. Caught on live herring. It was a nice morning on the water. Water temp was at 72*.

It was nice night on the water. Really cool, temp wise. Fished Falls again last night. I was the only boat out there. Caught 3 flats and 3 blues. Biggest flat, AGAIN was at 30lbs. Lost another they may have been bigger. I can't seem to get over the 30lb mark this year with the flats. Dam thats fustrating. Using live herring and whiteperch. Water temp was at 73*.

Went to falls this afternoon from 1-7pm. Only caught two fish. A 30lb blue and a 32lb flathead. Both fish came from floatrigs with live bream. Nice afternoon on the water. Just afew boats, real peaceful and quiet. I was going to stay after dark but the clouds moved in and the winds stopped blowing. Right after that happened, I didn;'t get another bite. That flathead put up a great fight.
