Default The Bird has landed

Well with lots of overtime I made the jump up on an 898c si http://moodeals.com/index.php?main_p...ducts_id=10721

Heck that was about the same price I paid for my 797c si nivb. I saved so much I passed on the falcon and bought the wide angle transducer, transducer switch, the satellite weather system (yeap, I'll know which way to run the next time down on the James when a funnel cloud rolls down rte 5) the barometric sensor and a couple map chips.

So now I need 17 ft of velcro to tie up all those cables and reduce the amount of sinkers I carry by about 50lbs just to offset the weight of all this. LogJam I need a large screen (40") tv holder to put over head,,think ya can handle that

I got my 898 in May 0f 2010. Someone here turned me on the Humminbird.FactoryOutlet Store.com. http://fishfinders.factoryoutletstor...S-898c-SI.html I see it's still about $1300 there. That has changed my fishing trmendously. I am still learning new things it can do. Last night I went fishing and wanted to change one of the displays and accidently reset it to default and the "Overhead" view came on. That's a great new tool. You will love the 898.
