Your right Rookie. With the fish just lying in the bottom of the boat it doesn't do justice. I had a 25lber lying right next to the 45 and that 25 liked like dink. That 45 was real short and fat. He had a huge head on him. I try getting a close up of the fish because I print the pictures out and put them on the wall im my computer room. That 45 fought like hell compared to the 36lber I got an hour later.

I know I ain't telling you nothing T-hawk. I've seen some pretty wild camera tricks in the past, but I try to make my shots look as realistic as possible when I'm taking a pic. of a big fish. You have to have a ggod frame of reference to do the fish justice. That's why I like the one of Eric with that flathead because you can clearly see how big the fish was.

Move over T hawk...Im coming up the mountain...47 lbs. I got some great footage of this fish being released but we didnt get the hook set...caught her about 4.00 am this morning. I was taking a nice nap when the clicker took off. I will post the video of the release once I figure out how to get the dang timing on the voice part in line. Its too good to post without the sound. I even got ol livebaiter catching a nice blue on film.
  Sorry for the quality of the pictures...it was bad foggy...these was taken with a million candle watt spot light just so we could get something. My best flathead of 2009...finally broke the 40 lb mark.
