Badin Dec 30

[seven-ought]

Brandon (katsandsuds) and I fished Badin yesterday from sun up until dark. It was 24 degrees when we hit the water. Catching bait was pretty easy and the fishing wasn't too bad either. Caught my new PB of 30lbs. We also caught an 18, 8, 6 and about 8 or 9 more smaller channels and white cats.

It was a nice day to be on the lake if you like being out on a cloudy day with freezing cold temps and a little breeze blowing. It's funny how those of us who fish will jump at the chance to fish in freezing cold temps but if there is something that needs to be done outside around the house sometimes we'll wait weeks for a nice day.

First time I've been fishing in several months, been too much going on. It was nice to get back out on the water again. My pics are at work so I can't post any until I get back on Monday.
