Hey guys I'm headed to badin wednesday morning to try them kitties. Any of you guys going? What's the story on the bait?

I caught bait just out 30 yards and to the right of Old Whitney boat ramp, real quick and easy Sunday morning at 7:30 . The smaller bait is just about everwhere but I got probably have a dozen big gizzards there mixed with small .

I got bait in gar creek this morning most of it was small but it was everywhere. Really thick towards the back . I also got a few biger ones but they wern't as thick. I hope you have better luck than me I fished for about 8 hours with out even a bite. I guess I got the old skunk. Someone most have know something I didn't because there was no one on the water I seen one bass boat that semmed to be just riding and one skiff that I never seen fishing and that was it . Not even any jabber on the raido . I might be there in the morning I'm not sure yet I might go to tillery.

My brother will be there in the morning Fisherhead. He is in a old pontoon so give him a yell. His name is Alan. He should be north out of Old whitley and have his tarps and heaters going..

Same on Tillery Shark..... fished last two days and got two skunks .... Fisherhead Be the first one to put in and you want have to worry about the ramp freezing. If it is though you can usally pick ya a dry spot just have to scope it out first. Either way be careful and good luck.

Fished the ol lady today...good news is we didn't get skunked...3 channels and 1 small blue...weren't running any water at all up river while I was there...nice day though...congrats to alan on the hawg

Way to go fisherhead at least you were not skunked. And congrats to Allen on his hawg!! As for me I think I need to hook up with some of you guys and learn how to fish in the winter time. I had my second Skunk in a row today at tillery . I couldn,t buy a bite if my life depended on it. I drifted and anchored and had multi types of bait and couldn't even get a channel to bite I think I must have skipped school the day they taught catten 101. Still had a great time and deffently better than being at work. There is always next time thats what keeps us comming back. Congrats again guys ..
